Helping Tayside Become More Active, More Often

The Get Out Get Active programme was rolled out in Tayside in early 2020 and due to COVID, was primarily restricted to an online programme of activities.

In addition, we now have a vast (and continuously expanding) programme of face-to-face activities open to everyone across Angus, Dundee and Perth & Kinross.

Effective whole body exercise, improving muscular endurance, increasing strength and heart health, and improving your mood. It incorporates a variety of exercises at separate stations, you take part alone or in small groups, and work at your own pace. It is a great way to help you get in shape, while the friendly nature of the classes means you’re more likely to keep coming back.
